Is Hair Loss Stress Related?

It is normal, that people lose up to 100 hairs a day. However, other people become bald in early life, and there are a number of reasons for losing a lot of hair early: Genetics, Medication, Diet, Injury – Even Stress!

That’s correct – your hair has a telling whether your body is in balance or not. If you are healthy, for example, your hair is more likely to be radiant and shiny, than if you are constantly stressed or living an unhealthy lifestyle. Unfortunately, in today’s busy world, stress can be found everywhere: Family, Work, and Money, just to name a few of the major reasons people are stressed.

Of course, the best way to overcome stress is to identify the cause, and remove it. Amanady.com prepared some techniques for you to cope with stress:

1. Have Fun

Try to look at stress in a positive way. Go out with your family or friends (that is, only if they are not the cause of your stress, of course!) Cheer yourself up – you will notice how many problems diminish in size.

2. More Physical Activity

More physical activities will not only help getting rid of those few extra pounds – you will feel more relaxed after having worked off all that stress.

3. Simply Relax

Relaxation is a really great way to fight stress. It does not have to be that expensive spa treatment, try to find at least 20 minutes each day that you can have entirely for yourself – Don’t let anybody disturb you. Remember: Those 20 minutes a day are completely yours!

4. Get more Sleep

Sounds simple? True, but the average American sleeps less than 6.7 hours. You should get at least 8 hours of sleep. Try it – you will notice a big difference the way you cope with stress!
